Vermont Wild Kitchen: Trout Chowder & Oatmeal Cherry Cookies

Join Vermont Fish & Wildlife and Rural Vermont in the Vermont Wild Kitchen! This month, we're thinking spring! The ponds are stocked with trout and it's time to clear out our freezers and pantries of 2021 preserves to make room for the coming harvest. Joining us in the kitchen will be fish culture specialist Alan Moorhouse and Carol Fairbank of Broadfork, a farmstead in Greensboro.

For this episode, Alan will be making Trout Chowder and Carol will be baking Oatmeal Cookies with Dried Cherries grown at her farm in the NEK! As always, bring your appetites, friends, and questions and join us in the Vermont Wild Kitchen.
