Dream Into Being
Kicking off Thursday evening, February 17th and wrapping up Saturday, March 5th, we invite you to join us for over two weeks of conference offerings! The 40th annual Winter Conference theme is Dream Into Being - an invitation to pause, collectively dream the agricultural future we long for, and learn together about seeds to plant today to grow the fruits of tomorrow.
Each year, the NOFA-VT Winter Conference provides a valuable opportunity for farmers, homesteaders, gardeners, land managers, educators, students, producers, policy-makers, and other food-system activists to participate in our vibrant community event by sharing ideas, resources, and skills. It is a time to celebrate, gather, and connect over the winter. We're so excited to be planning NOFA-VT's 40th annual Winter Conference!
While it was our hope to present the conference in a hybrid fashion this year, we’re moving forward with a largely virtual conference. Last year, almost 700 attendees joined us online and this year’s conference will include even more ways to learn and share: 4 featured speakers, round table & panel discussions, 40 workshops on timely topics, 4 on-farm winter socials (in person!), trivia, photo contest, film screening, and more. Stay tuned for more details as we put the schedule together.
