Join us on 11/10 for the annual gathering of Rural Vermont’s membership and community. Our time together will include:

  • Review of 2021’s Organizing, Education, and Advocacy Gains & Progress

  • Tribute to late Rural Vermont Board Member Emeritus Dexter Randall

  • Release of our Anti-Racism Policy and 2021 Strategic Plan

  • Meet and elect* new Board members (2021 Board Slate):

    • Noah El-Naboulsi - The People’s Farmstand, Burlington

    • Marya Merriam - Wood Frog Flowers, Strafford

    • Jon Turner - Wild Roots Farm, Bristol

  • Vote on proposed by-law changes* (see proposed changes HERE)

  • Happy (half-)Hour for questions, conversation, and feedback

*All are welcome to attend the event, but only CURRENT members of Rural Vermont may vote. Join or renew before the meeting! Note: Membership dues start at $35.

For this reason, we have decided to start the conversation in advance so folks have the information and clarity they need when an item comes up for a vote or discussion. Please submit your questions or comments about the proposed By-Law Changes, Anti-Racism Policy or Strategic Plan below. We will do our best to respond, where appropriate, in a timely manner.
