Urge the Senate Finance Committee to accept the amendments from the Senate Agriculture Committee related to agricultural exemptions for outdoor cultivators, and to devote portions of the excise tax to the Cannabis Development Fund and a fund for reinvesting in communities who have been disproportionately harmed by the criminalization of cannabis.
